Throughout our communities, there are many people involved in organizing volunteers. As Activity Professionals, you manage volunteers to meet your department goals and may not view this aspect of your job as "Volunteer Administration". Your job description states you are to develop volunteer resources and manage the volunteers.

Some facilities may have Volunteer Directors but this is usually found in very large facilities and hospitals.
