  • Fashioning partnerships between paid and unpaid staff in an organization
  • Guiding the Volunteers
  • Recognition, Press Releases
  • Annual Review, Discipline
  • In - services and Training
  • Setting up Physicals, Police Back Ground Checks, etc.
  • Keeping up to date records about volunteer participation
  • Schedules
  • Evaluating outcomes
  • Recognizing efforts
  • Promoting talented volunteers
  • Dismissing volunteers whose relationships is not mutually valuable
  • Advocating for Volunteers
