Download the full set of regulations, read them.You can also go to the web site for NJ Department of Health and Senior Services and download the Chapter N.J.A.C 8:43F Standards for Licensure of Adult and Pediatric Day Health Services Facilities. Then answer the questions provided. The answers are included. This is a great tool for new Directors or Administrators to test your knowledge or learn the regulations, especially if you are in a new position. Also could be used to in-service the staff, especially before a state survey. As each state is very similar in the regulations, this tool could also be used for your state.
