Modular Education Program for Activity Professionals
This course will provide 90 hour class room instruction and a
90 hour practicum.
Students will be required to arrange for a practicum site. In
most cases, the practicum would be conducted at your place of employment.
The course will provide the management tools to manage a deficiency
free activity department.
This is a required course for certification as an Activity Assistant
and Activity Director, for those students who have not completed a four year
degree from an accredited college.
The students will be provided with usefull resources that may
be used in their day to day operations.
Each student will be required to arrange for a 90 hour practicum
approved by the instructors. In most cases, this practicum would be conducted
at your place of employement.
